I absolutely love this outfit. It looks so comfy yet so trendy! My kind of outfit. :)
I actually own the pair of jeans listed above and I must say they are wonderful! They are comfortable and stay up well. I love them! I couldn't find a scarf similar to hers under $100 so I hope this one works. I think it matches well with the outfit and goes with the handbag!
This gives me an outfit idea for the fall already. :)

Daily Interest [10.01.10] SNSD Gee Japanese version TEASER released!

Is indeed a long awaiting for it ever since Genie Japanese version had been released.
Not long after Genie Japanese version had been released and promoting, it had been confirmed that the Japanese version of Gee will be release on October.
The 2nd Japanese digital single album,"Gee" will be release on 20th October.
And today,the start of October, Universal music Japan uploaded the teaser of the Japanese version of Gee!

Daily News [09.30.10] SNSD chosen as " I hope my child can be successful like ... " , No. 5!

A broadcast show "story on" recently targeting women within age range between 30 ~ 44, and did a survey about "I hope my child can be successful like ?".And the results came out as,Park Ji Sung and Kim Tae Hee are chosen No.1 respectively for male and female section.

Daily News [09.30.10] : Girls' generation craze in the land of Rising Sun!

In the coming of a Japan Girls' High School Anniversary, imitating  SNSD  dance choreography as a show had already penetrating the entire event.
For Japan High School Anniversary,this phenomenons  are already very common in many Japanese High school events. Thus there's a feeling of [You can imagine how popular SNSD is in Japan].
On the 26th, there's a video released on the internet,showing 11 students from a Japan High School( 政法女子高校) imitating SNSD "Gee" by singing and dancing at the same time during their school anniversary. This particular group named themselves as [ 法女時代 ] are a group of high school students,wearing white tee and dark coloured jeans, looked somehow similar to SNSD.
It's can be seen that the audiences are very excited and gave great response to it even before the show actually start,the audiences already shouted and cheering for them.During the performance, both the staged person who are performing and the audiences singing loudly and showing their great support. Through this, we can tell that [SNSD ranking in Oricon chart cannot be separated from these student S♡NE supports],[It seems like SNSD is really popular in Japan].
Based on 1 song "Genie" for their debut in Japan,the Girls had achieved impressive ranking of 5th place in Oricon chart during the 26th of this month.
The next song "Gee" which will be release on 20th October.

Burberry Prorsum Fall 2010 RTW Collection

Here are my top 7 picks from the Burberry Prorsum Fall 2010 RTW Collection:

I love this jacket. Military is a huge trend this season. This jacket just screams this trend.

I love this whole outfit... from the boots to the jacket.

I like but don't like this jacket. I like the shearling but don't really like how big and voluminous it is on her. Love the leather however!

Again I like but don't like this jacket. I like the color and stripes on the jacket but the shape and cut isn't really doing anything for the model. I adore the lace pencil skirt. So cute!

This just screams the military trend. From the jacket right down to the boots. I love the shape, cut and color of the coat.

I like the animal print mixed with the bright purple handbag and shoes. It is all mixed well together and very chic.

I adore this jacket. I love the fur trimming on the jacket. Also it is all white which makes it very classy and chic. The shoes make an interesting yet appealing touch to the outfit.


As you can tell from most of the pictures above Burberry delivered many military looks. There was practicality among the outfits but there was also some outfits that were over-sized and not suited for everyday. Great balance among the collection and wonderfully presented. I really like this collection and really presents a wonderful view of the fall 2010 trends.

 SNSD recently appeared in Nikkei Business on 27th September had became a hot topic.
Nikkei Business introduced this group as their headline "The developing Korean companies are quite similar to SNSD".
The article said: "SNSD is a Korean girls group that has unlimited popularity.They officially debut in Japan on 8th September,successfully having more than 100,000 album sales on Japan digital single market.They eventually dominated Japan music market in such a short time."

This particular magazine thinks that SNSD can be so successful is because of the technology, globalization of marketing and well management. The combination of these elements,these successful strategies were once being used by Korean brand Samsung and Hyundai Motor.

SM entertainment said: "Nikkei Business was published first in 1969,it's a very influential magazine, and most readers are CEO.Every week when it released, there's around 330,000 copies sold.They had never used celebrities as their cover page,this means that SNSD is not only the representative of culture, but also penetrating into the economy."

Polyvore Outfit of the Week- Lets be a Lady

This is my take on the lady-like trend. I would love to try this trend but can't find a full skirt anywhere in stores for the life of me! Not like the one above, anyways. I thought the top was just adorable and looked perfect for this look. I was looking for a pair of black heels but then I saw these, I thought they matched perfectly and made the look complete. Love the handbag as well, just lovely! Can I have this outfit now? I really like this trend because sometimes mini-skirts are not always appropriate or right for the occasion. This would look great for at the office, shopping, running errands and even a date!

Daily Interest [09.26.10] The Song where SNSD start

Hi S♡NE, if you had been asked to choose a song which able to represent SNSD, what is your choice?
I presumed many would be choosing 'GEE' as the Girls' representative song since it's was such a big hit. However, if you ask me i would choose the Girls' debut song 'Into the New world'. This song has been the song where SNSD start, the song to meet the fans officially, and great lyrics & dance choreography ^^. Whenever, hearing this song again had brought back so much memories of them and realized how they kept improving over past three years. Finally their efforts have paid off, become the one who really make all  S♡NE proud with and it's part of our life now ^^.
Today, the Girls are having fan meeting with Korean S♡NE and  the Girls performed live singing of 'Into the New World'  in ballad version. I'm totally blown away with the Girls' singing and most touching part was hearing the Fans singing together with SNSD in the end, such a harmony & warm sound to hear.
Love it ~~~ ^___^

We are the World: Vogue September 2010 Feature

There was only three pictures for this small article but I loved it! The fashion was just gorgeous and well done. They were definitely unique and cached my eye. I really liked the first and second one most. The furs are so luxurious and look quite expensive but so divine! I love the military style in the first picture. The fabrics are exquisite and the patterns are so gorgeous.

Today, my boyfriend and I went shopping and I picked up a package of DIY highlights from Loreal. It looked pretty easy from the package. I started attempting to pluck out all my hair in the little cap they gave me. Let me tell you, it was very hard. As you all know I have hair that goes down past my chest and I have a lot of it! It was so hard to fit all my hair in that tiny cap and then pull it out strand by strand. It got very messy and my hair tangled instantly. I then thought I just need to foil my hair. That way I can get it to be precise and the way I want it. Then I went into the kitchen, what do I find? No aluminum foil! Well, I will have to continue this process later this week. Oh, joy. I hope It turns out well!

I am also getting so very excited for the fashion show! I just bought the final touches to my outfit. I am so excited to show you what I bought! I am also hoping to get some pictures of the show to share with you! It will be an exciting even for sure.

This is such a gorgeous evening dress. Great for cocktails and special occasions.

I am not too keen on the fabric, it is too shiny for me but I do love the cut and color. The shoes are sexy as well!

This just screams sexy goddess. The color gold is big for the fall season and really adds richness to your wardrobe.

Another lovely gown. This would definitely turn some heads if you were to wear this at a formal event.

I can definitely see myself wearing something like this to a holiday party. Such a chic, pretty outfit!

Lela Rose did a wonderful job with doing a nude colored look. I love the gold tone shoes, it completes the look beautifully.

Lela herself looked so very chic and cute on the runway! What an adorable outfit. She also looked very happy, which is so great because she deserves it!

This collection had a wide array of outfits for special occasions, cocktail parties and holiday parties. All the outfits had rich satin and chiffon fabrics. The colors were exquisite and were perfect for the fall season. According to Romney Leader on style.com, "Other than a gold jumpsuit Rose called Liquid Mercury, which will be a hard sell, this was a solid lineup of special-occasion wares that struck a hard-to-achieve balance between high fashion and accessibility". Which I can definitely see from her collection. All her outfits screamed high fashion and she did it well. I could see myself wearing a few of these pieces and that is hard sometimes when it comes to runway fashion.
