Typical wedding wear in Russia- Think very glamorous and over the top. Weddings are an event and it is normal and expected to party (get drunk) and have fun on your wedding.





Russia has extraordinary fashion. With being one of the biggest countries they sure distribute the fashion well! Russia's fashion is so glamorous. Fur everywhere! There also a lot of embellishments and lively prints. Everything is taken into detail and done so well.

Color Story: Harper's Bazaar September 2011

I have been absolutely loving all the fall fashion magazines and this has been one of my favorite editorials so far. All the colors are amazing and so rich. I am loving that most of these styles are Monochromatic and they style them so well! This editorial also makes me want to wear color more, specifically in the fall. It can be so refreshing when it is cold and dreary out!

John Galliano Fall 2011 RTW Collection

This is such a gorgeous sheer gown. Simply stunning.

The feather skirt and tweed jacket make an interesting but tasteful combination.

This is very reminiscent of the 40's. Looking for an interesting suit to wear to work? This would be the one!

I don't think I could ever pull off a big fur jacket like this one but seriously it looks super warm and very soft.

Love that Galliano had some sprint prints in his fall collection!

Another gorgeous sheer gown for the evening.

This reminds me of what a lady would wear in the 20's. Very glamorous! The hat just tops off the look.

Another dress reminiscent of the 30's. I am in love with the color and the touch of pink sequins is just simply mesmerizing.





John Galliano's collection takes you back to a decade of glamor and allure. The detailing is just exquisite and designed very well. The whole collection is worth investing in, practically because most of these pieces will never go out of style!
