I thought that I would do a quick review on the cover girl lash blast volume mascara. I heard so many rave reviews on this product I was sucked into buying one. I got to say that that I wasn't really that impressed with it. First off, it didn't really volumize my lashes at all! It seemed like it just coated the lashes with mascara and "lifted" them a little bit. I would compare it to the L'Oreal's Voluminous Mascara which I didn't like that much either. It did clump my eyelashes a little bit but wasn't too bad overall. However one good thing about it is that if you get in the waterproof formula it will stay on all day! I also heard many complaints that it was difficult for some people to take off the waterproof mascara. I use the gentle waterproof eye makeup remover from Neutrogena and that seems to do the trick.
Pros:
- Pretty cheap, sells for $6
- Stays on all day
Cons:
- Doesn't do what it says it does - no volume whatsoever
- Clumps a little bit
