Designer fashion show, live music performances and celebrity bachelor auction event seek to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Motion To Dismiss Cancer, a team lead by Roger Royse, Founder of Royse Law Firm in Palo Alto, was formed to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in support of its work with blood cancer research. To this end, the team has successfully raised a substantial amount of money for LLS.As part of its fundraising efforts, the team presents “Rocks Off The Catwalk†a one-night only designer fashion show, music and celebrity bachelor auction event with all proceeds benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The event will take place at The Grand in San Francisco, CA., and guests will be treated to a live runway show featuring designs by Jean Paul Gaultier’s award winning designer Daniel Sudar, SAGA Swimwear, Sara Shepherd and A Lot To Say. During the fashion show, a live performance sponsored by BandPage will take place featuring recording artist Daniel Bedingfield, who’s hits include Gotta Get Through This, If You’re Not The One, and Rocks Off, along with special guest DeLon, who recently opened for Lil John at the 2012 Sundance Festival.
In addition to the fashion show and live musical performances, the evening will feature a live celebrity “Jocks & Docs†auction, hosted by Dr. Bill Dorfman of ABC series, Extreme Makeover and guest co-host on the hit daytime show The Doctors. Dr. Dorfman is also a world-renowned lecturer and author of the best-selling cosmetic dentistry book, The Smile Guide and the NY Times bestseller Billion Dollar Smile. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on celebrity NFL and NBA players during the live auction, as well as some of the most eligible Doctors in San Francisco. The auction will feature Chris Culliver (#29) of the San Francisco 49ers, Rashawn Jackson (#35) of the Oakland Raiders #35, Carlos Smothers, NBA Sprite Slam-Dunk All Star Player, and Pat Powell. Each date auction package has been hand selected by the ‘Jocks & Docs’ and will also include a fre e zoom teeth whitening and tote bag provided by A Lot To Say.
