LEIGHTON MEESTER wore a white shorts and vest combo at the MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in California on Sunday evening.

While many stars dressed themselves in metal dresses and sexy skin-baring outfits, Leighton opted for a laidback look on the red carpet composed of pieces from the Christian Cota Spring 2012 ensemble: a white sleeveless jacket, white shorts and a planktonic-print silk top.
The adorable “Gossip Girl†star paired her outfit with nude Brian Atwood ‘Claudia Bis’ suede pumps with orange heel accents, gold Neil Lane jewelry and a shimmery nude Jimmy Choo ‘Cybelle’ clutch.
Now that “Gossip Girl†is over, it seems Leighton is transitioning her way back from her brunette hair to her original blonde hair color, which she kept in a ponytail, leaving only short bangs here. Completing her simple summery look was her orange lip color that matched her shoes.
We honestly think the bottom of the vest looks a little too baggy on her, but her nude pumps managed to salvage it by elongating her legs. And we adore that clutch!
