My bday gift!

I wanted to show what my boyfriend got me for my bday! I Love it!!




It is such a nice handbag I am so in love with it! It is sooo roomy and I haven't even filled up half of it! I am still in the process of putting stuff in there- makeup kit and such.
I went shopping this weekend and it was very handy to put in little catalogs, samples, etc and not have to carry them around. Also I found this would be great too for carrying a book around, and shopping for makeup. When in the department store and buying some makeup from counter to counter (different brand to brand) and just putting your purchases in the bag so that you don't have to carry a million different bags.

Btw - it is a Guess Bag and I don't know the name of it but my boyfriend found it at Macys. It is probably going to run you around $80- 120.

Sally Hanson Nail Color

Here is a quick review on the Sally Hanson Diamond Strength No Chip Nail Color (whew - long name!)
I got it in the color Royal Icing, here it is on my nails:



It is a very opaque natural looking pink color. I think it would be best used if you were creating a french nail look. Also great for the office. I wasn't too impressed with this nail polish brand. Once I started putting it on the nail polish started running everywhere even when I took the excess off of the brush. I had to basically take so much off of the brush and still it was runny. Very watery in my opinion. Also it claimed that it was sparkly. I didn't see much glitter or sparkles in the color - just a nice sheen to it. I haven't seen it chip that much but it took forever to dry. Also I noticed that it clumped easily once it dried for an hour or so - but I am clumsy with my hands anyways lol.

Hope this helps - not too great of a product. Just cheap in my opinion. I would recommend using OPI, Revlon or Maybelline instead ;)

SM entertainment is #1 company in term of market share of pop music industry  in Korea. 
In the past, all their revenue were depend on their star like BOA, SES, HOT, and Shinhwa but now they've found their successor like Girls' Generation, DBSK and Super Junior.

Daily NEWS [01.31.10] SNSD's 'Oh!' MV-Like Stage Performance on SBS 'Inkigayo'

The stage on SBS 'Inkigayo' in which SNSD performed on closely resembled the locker room stage used for the music video of 'Oh!'.

In the broadcasting of SBS 'Inkigayo' on the 31st at 4:00PM, SNSD performed their second album comeback tracks 'SHOW! SHOW! SHOW!' and 'Oh!'.

On this day, SNSD's performance of 'Oh!' became a topic of interest, as the stage closely resembled the locker room used for the music video.

Many fans praised SNSD's performance on SBS 'Inkigayo', commenting that today's performance was "much more charismatic than their comeback performance [on MBC 'Show! Music Core']" and that "both the stage and SNSD's outfits were perfect."

Meanwhile, the broadcasting of SBS 'Inkigayo' on this day featured Super Junior's Leeteuk, Heechul and Shingdong as MC's for the Vancouver Olympic special episode and showed 80 minutes of stage performances.

 SNSD latest album "Oh" has occupied various music chart #1 spot though, they're in dilemma situation of getting enough time to make preparation for Music show performances. Due to each SNSD's member having tight schedule and their own activities now. They will be only have time come together to practice and attend music program during weekend.

Firstly is YoonA, she has become a regular member in "Family Outing 2" after this it would be "Invincible Youth"Yuri & Sunny" and next is Taeyeon who has confirmed to be regular host in "Win Win" talk show with 2PM 'WooYoung". Finally, Tiffany & Yuri who were the emcee for Music Core show. Due to every member filming schedule were different so everyday there will be 2 or 3 member absent.


Furthermore, Yuri has forced to quit  MBC "High Kick Family" program due to her tight schedule after SNSD "Oh" promotional activities started.



SM representative added: " they don't have time to prepare for the stage performance & singing practice even a interview would be consider difficult  for them due to 9 members tight schedule and seldom have time come together".

Daily NEWS [01.31.10] SNSD SooYoung given #24 because she wants to get married by 24? (eng sub video added)

The inspiration to the number So Nyeo Shi Dae SooYoung had on her jersey for comeback ‘Oh!’ has been revealed.

So Nyeo Shi Dae members TaeYeon, Sunny, SeoHyun, Yuri, HyoYeon, SooYoung and Tiffany did an independent interview for KBS Entertainment Relay aired on 30th January.
So Nyeo Shi Dae described their comeback song as “You can see the confidence in the lyrics ‘Don’t think of my as a little girl. You will regret after a year’. And with the phrases like ‘I love you oppa’, you can see our energetic features.”


They also revealed an episode while filming the MV, “It was like on fire when we were filming the MV. Because of all the saying that this will be a big hit, everyone applauded.”
And for their comeback stages, the girls were seen in cheerleaders costumes. And on their jersey are all different numbers. Tiffany said, “I had number 0 but I thought double digits are prettier. Then Jessica told me ‘You’re the punctuation of the group’.”

The members also talked about SooYoung’s number 24, “24 because she said she wanted to get married at 24.” Flustered, SooYoung said, “This is just a wish. If I were to get married, I would not be able to be part of So Nyeo Shi Dae, so it should be the reverse 42 years old.”

And this day,after meeting with her primary school mentor,Sooyoung shed tears because she is feeling touched.

When Sooyoung recalled back about the past, she said " Till now,I still had the scene when my teacher kneeled down and persuaded me" .

As for the teacher,when re-encounter Sooyoung again,she said "Even till now she still remember me,I'm already very grateful" .

Daily NEWS [01.30.10] Broadcast accident on SNSD’s comeback stage, “Even the TV is shocked by the girls’ comeback”

So Nyeo Shi Dae encounters with a broadcast accident during their comeback stage.
The group had their first comeback stage on MBC Music Core on 30th January, they performed 2 songs – ‘Oh!’ and ‘Show!Show!Show!’ on the show that day.

For their ‘Show!Show!Show!’ stage, the girls did a performance similar to a musical and showed off their sexy charms. And they moved with the bubbly cheerleader concept for their ‘Oh!’ performance.
But near the end to their ‘Oh!’ performance, the screen went blank for about 5 seconds.

TV viewers commented, “So Nyeo Shi Dae was on and then suddently the screen went blank, and I had a shock. Even the TV is in shock with the girls’ comeback”, “They even get a broadcast accident… prelude to a big hit?”etc.

Daily NEWS [01.30.10] TRAX chose So Nyeo Shi Dae TaeYeon as the desired female vocalist!

Recently having their comeback, group TRAX gives their praise to So Nyeo Shi Dae TaeYeon’s voice.
They had an interview with TVDaily recently when they picked SNSD TaeYeon as the most desirable female vocalist.

They were asked the question ‘If you are to have a female vocalist to join the group, who will you want in the group?’ and member JungMo said, “Personally I really like TaeYeon’s voice. Her music style and vocals is always very stable in  no matter the kind of music, and it seems that her voice will go well with whoever she will be singing together with.”

“That vocals is very rich in feelings as compared to her age. In the standpoint of writing songs, I would think that TaeYeon’s vocals is really good.”
Jay also revealed that he wants to do a duet with TaeYeon. He said, “(Joking) Why not just let all the girlgroup join the band? For me, I also like TaeYeon. She sings well and she grasps the feelings well. There is not duet song with TaeYeon for this album, but I’m thinking if there is a chance later I will want to try it out.”
Jay added, “Before we add a female vocalist to the group, shall we try other things? Shall we play try playing the bass or rap before we add a female vocalist for our next album?”

Daily NEWS [01.29.10] SNSD Yuri Abrades Her Leg During 'Invincible Youth' Filming

SNSD's Yuri has recently wounded her leg.

During the filming of KBS 2TV 'Invincible Youth' on the 27th, Yuri abraded her leg. While recording a scene of Yuri running to fly her kite, she fell and wounded her leg. Fortunately, the abrasion of Yuri's leg was not too serious and will not conflict Yuri's regular schedule in participating SNSD's comeback performance on MBC 'Show! Music Core' on the 30th.

Through a phone conversation, an SM Entertainment representative commented, Yuri abraded her leg while filming for 'Invincible Youth'. After making a visit to the hospital, the results showed no serious damage on her bone and will not prevent her from performing on stage.

On 28th January SM entertainment revealed " Girls' Generation albums Pre-Order sales quantity has achieved around 150,000pcs based on various Korea music portal site digital sales 57500pcs and music store 90390pcs, in total 149890pcs.

Nowadays in Korea music industry idol groups who able to achieved 150k Pre-order  were DBSK, Big Bang, Super Junior only and Girls' Generation was the first girls group to  achieved this .

Korea Music portal site "Monkey3"  ranking charts' 1st~6th on 28th has been occupied by Girls' Generation latest songs such as "Oh" 'StarStarStar" "ShowShowShow" and etc. And "Monkey3" staff has made comment about this: " This really is a rare case"

DAily NEWS [01.27.10] ‘Black SoShi’ featured in ‘Oh!’ MV is teaser to concept for 2nd album followup song

So Nyeo Shi Dae released the MV to their comeback song ‘Oh!’ on 27th January and it has been garnering much attention from fans and netizens since its release.

In particular, there was a scene in the MV near the end which featured the entrance of ‘black So Nyeo Shi Dae’, which has been one of the hot topics amongst netizens.
With the fresh and bubbly concept for this MV, netizens’ comments on the clothes and cheerleader concept are “this is the song only So Nyeo Shi Dae can pull off” etc. But near the end of the MV, fans were surprised to see the black and ‘bad’ version of So Nyeo Shi Dae members dressed in all black.

Many fans found it interesting to be looking at 2 different images of the So Nyeo Shi Dae member in one scene.
With that SM Entertainment revealed, “The ‘black So Nyeo Shi Dae’ who appeared at the end of the MV shows part of the concept to the MV of follow-up hit for the girls’ 2nd album.”

Daily NEWS [01.27.10] SNSD's "Oh!" MV Gained 100 000 Views Within 2 Hours of Release

In the afternoon of the 27th (KST), the music video for idol group SNSD's second album title song had 100 000 views when it was released, and it went up to the number 1 spot on GomTV music video charts.

The song "Oh!" has already been released on the 25th, and rose to number 1 on major music sites and it is speculated that the album will also rise to the number 1 spot as well. However, it wasn't just the song, but the performance and visuals with the song and SNSD's known previous various fashion looks that fans were so much more expectant of this music video.

As to prove this expectancy, SNSD's "Oh!" music video, which was first released at noon on the 27th through their official website and GomTV, rose to the number 1 on the real-time GomTV music video popularity rankings as soon as it was released. It was recorded to have gained 100 000 hits in just 2 hours. This record was achieved more than twice as fast as the greatest hit of 2009, "Gee."

The head of the Contents Strategy team of GomTV said, "SNSD's "Oh!" teaser video released on the 25th rose to the number 1 spot in the popularity rankings, and for at least two days, there have been 220 000 hits." He also added, "The music video for the song "Gee" by SNSD, when it was released last year through GomTV, it accumulated ten million views and set a record. Observing the trends, "Oh!" looks like it will pass the "Gee" records easily."

SNSD's "Oh!" music video has gained a lot of popularity, and so has their most recent music video before this, "Chocoloate Love" which is top 20 in the GomTV rankings. The number of viewer hits for SNSD's major music video is quickly rising.

Hi S♡NE, today was like birthday for all of you right^^.

I'm sure most of you still overwhelmed with SNSD "Oh" MV which just released today ^__^ , and  "Oh" virus has slowly got you and  one of your main topic with friend today must be the Bad girl concept at the end of the MV^^.

OK~~~ today was Taeyeon ChinChin Bora again. Our dorky leader teasing the fans with Oh album magazine, as you can see Taeyeon was reading it during chinchin broadcast and she even posed with "Oh" album booklet at the ending~~~ lovely^^.

Besides, it's been a while to have chance to hear Taeyeon singing live in ChinChin and today we were lucky enough able to listen  her wonderful vocal again as today she doing a cover feat mate called "I hope" if I'm not mistaken..
