Just four short months after giving birth to baby girl Blue Ivy Carter, PEOPLE’s “World’s Most Beautiful Woman of 2012†already has her killer curves back… and they’re back with a vengeance.
Queen Bey walked the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the 2012 MET Gala in a sheer black Givenchy Haute Couture gown with sparkly embroidery and a train made of purple feathers.
She completed the dress with black strappy heels.
Since the figure-hugging gown was already heavily embellished, Beyonce opted not to wear any jewelry and finished her look with a simple sleek ponytail, a light bronze flush, and glossy coral lips.
