KELLY ROWLAND brightened up the red carpet with her technicolor Roberto Cavalli dress at VEGAS Magazine’s 9th Anniversary Party held at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas last weekend, where she was also celebrated for being their cover girl.

Kelly was gorgeous and definitely hard to miss at last Saturday’s Vegas Magazine anniversary party with her stunning technicolor crystal print Roberto Cavalli dress with asymmetrical straps and fit waist, which she paired with a gorgeous, trendy pair of metallic fuchsia snakeskin pumps from Charlotte Olympia. She accessorized with chunky black drop earrings and wristwatch.
Both her dress and her shoes took much of the attention away from her tan legs, but she showed them off in the stunning magazine cover.
Completing her outfit were voluminous curls, thick winged eyeliner and her pink lips that perfectly matched her shoes and the hints of pink in her dress.
