I apologize for not putting up a weekly polyvore outfit last week. I was super busy and did not realize that I didn't put one up till this morning! I promise I will do an extra one this week to make up for it!
Hope you like this installment. One of the biggest things I miss about living in the country is the noise and wide open spaces. I miss the quite and being able to see the stars for miles. On days like this when it is over 90 degrees I miss the weather. Back home, it rarely gets over 85. I could take that temp. any second now! (hehe) I love this dress! It is so beautiful, yet simple. The boots are to die for. If I could afford them I so would buy them! (They are a whopping $650!)
The belt is my second favorite. It reminds me of the belts my dad would wear but it is more modern and girly. The jewelry reminds me of the booths full of turquoise jewelry sold at the yearly rendezvous (a buy and trade event held at two places in Wyoming once a year to reenact the trading between the Native Americans and whites in the late 19th century). I miss going to these rendezvous because it is so neat to experience. People actually dress up in costume as mountain men, soldiers, and Native Americans. This one year I saw this lady wear this absolutely gorgeous white dress all decked out and in the style of the late 19th century.
If you love history I highly suggest going to one of these! :)
